In October 2025, Phoenix Consultants and director Luke Lutman was recognised in the Visionary Leadership Awards, a UK competition that celebrate companies and individuals who are not just responding to change but are actively shaping the future. In these awards, Phoenix Consultants was recognised as Best Product Design Company 2025 and Luke Lutman as Product Design Visionary of the Year 2025.

Phoenix Consultants was recognised in the UK Enterprise Awards being awarded Best Product Design Consultancy 2024. Phoenix Consultants entered the Innovation and Excellence Awards and were selected as the 2024 winner in the Product Design Consultants of the Year category. In the 2021/22 Central England Prestige Awards, Phoenix Consultants were nominated and awarded Industrial Design Agency of the Year in recognition of service, innovation, and sustainability.

On the 6th August 2020, Phoenix Consultants directors Luke Lutman and Kieran Scott were both nominated 30 Under 30 to Watch on Gloucestershire Live’s second annual business watch list, in association with the University of Gloucestershire, shining a light on businesses who are an inspiration to us all and showcasing the best young talent on offer in the county.
