A dynamic focal point for the city of Gloucester
The Project
A large scale installation for our city, this landmark will be displayed at multiple locations and events around Gloucester providing a focal point and attraction. This project will encourage residents and people who work in the city, as well as visitors, to interact with and take photos with the sign, promoting Gloucester as a city to be proud of and a destination to visit.
Specification
This sign will be nearly 2 meters tall and 10 meters in length with each individual letters fixed to plinths allowing it to be easily transported to each destination.
Identity
This sign will give our city a recognisable contemporary landmark, creating photo opportunities that the city centre would benefit from.
Impact
Giving people pride in our city and changing perception. Working to appeal to young people living, studying, and working in the city to embrace Gloucester.
