EarClear was supported with full product development from early ideation to 3D CAD and iterative prototyping.

Concept Development
Taking the foundational idea for EarClear and exploring a variety of aesthetic and functional solutions. Through concept ideation these sketches underwent many iterations based on client feedback until five developed concepts were created to take forward into 3D CAD development and initial prototyping.
From 2D sketch to 3D model
Initial 3d printed models experiment with aesthetic and show the size and shape in the real world. Through rapid prototyping, these are evaluated and developed through multiple stages into testable working prototypes.
Evaluating the design
3D CAD Rendering is used to create virtual prototypes during later stages of the design process to prove the design before committing to a physical prototype.
Working closely with the manufacturer, the CAD for each ear tip design is optimised for injection moulding mass production. We offer manufacture support all the way through to production and product on shelf

Intellectual property line drawings are produced for EarClear’s IP lawyer. EarClear is fully patented to protect the design’s innovative features.
